Kay joined Arlington/Roe in 2001 as a Personal Lines Underwriter. She began her insurance career in 1984 at Indiana Insurance Company where she held a variety of positions including file clerk, processor, assistant underwriter, underwriter and senior underwriter.

Kay’s favorite aspect of her career is interacting with producers and helping them find the right solution for their clients. When she is not at work, she is spending time with her family and watching old movies.
