Lindsay joined Arlington/Roe in 2020 as a Sales & Marketing Manager for Missouri and also as a Communications Specialist. She has previous experience on the agency side and most recently worked for the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents for nearly 15 years. Lindsay holds both the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and the Associate in Insurance Production (AIP) designations. She has her master’s degree in business administration from Columbia College and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Lincoln University.

Lindsay appreciates the relationships she has made within the insurance industry and loves helping people, which is what the industry is all about. She is married with two sons and loves watching her kids play sports and drums, as well as attending professional and college sporting events. She is a die-hard LSU football and St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. She is also a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, New Orleans Saints and Missouri Tigers. Lindsay lives by the motto, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
