Kim joined Arlington/Roe in 2020 as an underwriter on our commercial binding team. In 2024, she was promoted to Commercial Binding Senior Underwriter. She has been working in the wholesale and E&S side of insurance since she began her career in 1996.

Kim’s favorite part of her career is the daily element of surprise that keeps her on her toes. She never knows what kind of risk she will encounter when she picks up the phone. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys taking her dog on long walks or hikes and kayaking on local lakes and rivers.
