Darlene Crafton joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Commercial Binding Underwriter. She has a variety of experience from her roles in the MGA/Wholesale brokerage and agency sides of the insurance industry. Her previous positions include senior commercial underwriter, associate underwriter, and customer service representative. Darlene holds the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation and is a licensed property/casualty producer in Tennessee.

One of Darlene’s favorite aspects of her career is the opportunity to work and communicate with producers. She enjoys the dynamic, fast-paced environment of the insurance industry, constantly learning and adapting to new challenges.

Outside of work, Darlene enjoys a variety of activities that allow her to spend quality time with her family. She loves grilling and spending time with her husband, two children and grandson. Traveling is a passion of hers, especially trips to the beach, where she can relax and unwind. Darlene also enjoys spending time outdoors with her three dogs.
