Michelle Walker rejoined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Professional Lines Brokerage Assistant. She initially worked for the company as an associate broker in 2021 and decided to leave to pursue a position with an excess surplus lines’ carrier as a commercial lines’ assistant underwriter. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, Michelle held positions in sales and underwriting for State Farm, Nationwide, Westfield Specialty and Philadelphia Insurance. She began her insurance career in 1996 at Grange Insurance for the First Notice of Loss Rejoining call center.

Michelle’s favorite aspect of her chosen career includes the continuous opportunity to learn and be intellectually challenged. She also enjoys the complex and nuanced atmosphere of working with talented professionals and offering in-depth industry knowledge to business sectors.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys taking walks with her dog, spending time with her granddaughter and hanging out with her friends and family.
