Ellie Skelton joined Arlington/Roe in 2026 as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter. Prior to joining the company, she gained a variety of experience within multiple industries. Ellie previously worked at All Phase Electric as an intern and team member for seven months. Before that, she worked as an escrow assistant at Metropolitan Title Company and as a team member at Everbowl, each for one year.

In addition to her role at Arlington/Roe, Ellie is a member of the Orr Fellowship, an organization that supports young Indianapolis-based professionals through networking and mentorship.

Ellie graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a concentration in consulting. She enjoys meeting new people and forming meaningful professional relationships. She also finds joy in continuous learning and contributing to her team’s success.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys reading, working out, baking, painting and networking. She also values spending quality time with family and friends, staying active and being creative.
