Allison joined Arlington/Roe in 2020 as an Aviation Broker. She began her insurance career on the carrier side as a policy processor for US Specialty Insurance Company. She became an underwriting assistant, then an associate underwriter over the next 10 years. She attended Living University, where she studied Liberal Arts.

Allison’s favorite aspect of her career is developing relationships within the insurance industry, and she finds the niche aspect of Aviation interesting. In her spare time, she is reading a book, playing video games, and spending time with her husband or cat. She is a Wisconsin native and a Packers fan for life.
