Amy joined Arlington/Roe’s Commercial Lines Binding team in 2019 as an Assistant Underwriter. She has over 17 years of customer service and management experience and real estate experience as a broker and realtor. Amy is a graduate of Valparaiso University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and English. She is a co-founder of Mission Boundless, a nonprofit working in Jinja, Uganda.

She enjoys the ever-changing nature of the insurance industry and loves learning new things daily. In her spare time, she is advocating for children in third-world countries or spending time with her niece. She also enjoys fine teas and a good book.
