Ann joined Arlington/Roe in 2020 as an assistant underwriter in Commercial Binding. In 2024, she was promoted to Commercial Binding Underwriter. She has 16 years of prior marketing and personal lines experience on the retail side at an Indiana-based insurance agency.

Ann’s favorite part of her career is the challenging nature of keeping up with changing appetites. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors and traveling.
