Avery Cook joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter. Prior to joining the company, Avery gained a variety of experience as a student and an associate through Indiana Wesleyan University. There, she served as a residential assistant for three years and as a career outcomes intern, where she helped other students navigate their goals beyond college. She also worked as the director of promotions for Amplify Media, a communications outlet for the university.

In addition to her role at Arlington/Roe, Avery is a member of the Orr Fellowship, an organization that supports young Indianapolis-based professionals through networking and mentorship.

Avery graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in communications. Avery enjoys challenging herself and stepping outside of her comfort zone. She is eager to learn more about the insurance industry and enjoys being an asset to her team. She is passionate about continuous learning and believes there are always opportunities to grow her knowledge or gain insights from others.

Outside of work, Avery enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family and friends. She loves attending church, going to the lake, traveling, reading and playing all sorts of games.
