Brandee Gibson joined Arlington/Roe in 2021 as an Assistant Broker. She has previous experience as an Administrative Assistant at Robert W. Schmidt, a small surplus lines broker Arlington/Roe purchased in 2019. Brandee attended Milwaukee Area Technical College where she majored in Administrative and Legal Administrative professional subjects.

Brandee enjoys the insurance brokerage industry because it represents a group of people from all backgrounds and perspectives working together to obtain coverage for a company. She believes the internal and external teamwork of all those involved is both beautiful and humbling. She also appreciates that every day is different, and she can learn something new daily.

In her spare time, she enjoys going on weekend adventures with her family and planning her next adventure. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States in the past year and wishes to explore much more. In the future, she aspires to venture outside of the country.
