Carol von Clausburg joined Arlington/Roe in 2021 as an Associate Broker. Carol is a seasoned insurance professional as she has been in the industry since 1978. She initially started at an independent insurance agency before moving to Allstate as an agent with her own office where she worked for 29 years. At Allstate, she dealt directly with the insured on all lines of coverage. She subsequently went to Westfield Insurance, where she worked in excess and surplus lines, and later in personal lines for high-net-worth clients. Carol holds Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designations.

Carol’s favorite aspects of her career is learning about new products, and how the insurance industry is evolving in response to new risks and exposures. She also enjoys working with people and helping them understand insurance and how it can benefit insureds.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting outdoors.
