Cate joined Arlington/Roe in 2018 as a Personal Lines Assistant Underwriter. She has prior experience working at a large retail agency as a customer support agent. Cate’s favorite part of her career is the flexibility and constant change in the insurance industry. She enjoys helping her team by removing stress so they can continue to prioritize the client.

Cate spends most of her free time traveling with her husband to watch her son play sports. Additionally, she has three dogs who keep her active when at home.
