Chris joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as a commercial lines assistant underwriter. In 2024, he was promoted to Associate Underwriter. He started his career in the insurance industry in 2015, and he formerly worked as an account executive at RMD/Patti, an independent retail agency. During Chris’s time at RMD/Patti, the company merged with EPIC Brokers, and he continued to work for them as a select business and personal lines risk advisor. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from Indiana Institute of Technology.

His favorite aspect of his job is interacting and collaborating with his team and carrier partners. He also enjoys the problem-solving aspect of underwriting. He believes that without these relationships and challenges, he would not be able to do his job.

In spare time he enjoys spending time with his family. He also is an avid racing fan and enjoys watching racing, particularly IndyCar and Formula 1. He spends his free time playing golf and spending time outside when there is no racing on TV.
