Chris rejoined Arlington/Roe in 2025 specializing in Compliance/Personal Lines Operations. He initially worked in the Personal Lines department for the company in 2002 before transitioning into healthcare administration in 2007.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning the insurance and healthcare sectors, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role. His career began in the standard carrier market as a personal lines underwriter with CGU/OneBeacon Insurance prior to joining Arlington/Roe. He then went on to hold various leadership positions in healthcare administration starting in 2007, serving as chief operations officer at Southside Family Medical Group, LLC for over 18 years and as practice administrator at Goul Family Medicine, LLC.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Insurance and Risk Management and has remained connected to the insurance industry throughout his professional journey. He thrives on the industry’s complexity and embraces its continual learning and problem-solving opportunities.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys golfing, working out, and fishing. A golf enthusiast, he has had the opportunity to play at historic courses like the Old Course at St. Andrews and Carnoustie. He also enjoys various fishing adventures, including ice fishing, deep sea excursions, and canoe trips to Minnesota’s Boundary Waters. Chris cherishes time spent with his family and shares his home with three miniature dachshunds and a German Shorthaired Pointer.
