Cindy joined Arlington/Roe in 2018 as the Central and Southern Illinois Marketing Manager after holding almost every position during her 30-plus years on the agency side of the insurance business. In 2024, she gained new responsibilities and was promoted to Regional Sales Director for Illinois & Missouri. In this role, she collaborates with the Leadership Team to execute defined strategies, sales planning, goals, and objectives. She, along with the other Regional Sales Directors, monitors the marketplace and identifies industry changes impacting the effectiveness of current, pending, or proposed programs and products. Lastly, she oversees key agency relationships and conducts quarterly regional reviews.

Before joining Arlington/Roe, Cindy served as president and chairman of the Illinois state insurance association, now the Big I Illinois. She enjoyed helping agents build and strengthen their agencies. She has served the state association in some capacity for close to 30 years and still serves on the Executive Committee. At Arlington/Roe, she continues to serve agents, helping enhance and grow their businesses by sharing industry expertise and products.

Cindy holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Professional Insurance Agents (CPIA) designations. She has achieved the tenured CIC status, having had the designation for over 30 years. In 2017, she received the Charles M. Cartwright Merit Award, the most prestigious award the IIA of IL presents. She was also named one of the Elite Women in Insurance, by Insurance Business America in 2016. She holds both the property & casualty and life & health licenses for Illinois.

When she’s not working, Cindy enjoys camping, cooking, gardening, playing music (guitar & piano) & spending time with her family. Cindy has been a devoted Chicago Cubs fan since the early 1970s.
