Courtney Barker joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as a production support technician. In 2022, she was promoted to Healthcare & Human Services Assistant Broker. Courtney has varied prior experience including working as a server, bartender and in customer service for over 16 years, 4-5 of which were in management.

Courtney’s favorite aspect of her chosen career path is the opportunity to learn something new every day and actively working to find a solution for our agent partners. She is also involved with the Women of the Moose, and in her spare time, she spends time with her daughter. She and her daughter are both Green Bay Packers fans.
