Debra joined Arlington/Roe in 2007 and worked on the policy servicing team until 2012. Later, she was promoted to Brokerage Assistant for Workers’ Compensation and Standard Business. She previously worked for Safeco, with experience in their accounting, claims and premium audit departments.

Deb’s favorite aspect of her chosen career path has been watching the insurance industry change over the years. When she is off work, Deb is spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. She attends their sporting events and enjoys watching them grow and change into their unique personalities.
