Denise joined Arlington/Roe’s Personal Lines team in 2006 as an Underwriter. In 2020, she was promoted to Personal Lines Operations Manager. Denise has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Before joining Arlington/Roe, she worked at several insurance carriers holding positions such as personal lines underwriter, field underwriter, personal lines manager and commercial lines services support supervisor.

Additionally, she worked in a retail agency as a CSR and office manager. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Associate in Personal Insurance (API) designations.

Denise enjoys helping others, whether it be reviewing a risk, navigating a particular system or problem solving. She also likes the variety of her work and the fact that every day can bring something new. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids, working in her yard, hiking and watching college football.
