Ella Bryan joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as a Business Development Associate for Southern Indiana and Southern Illinois. Before joining Arlington/Roe, Ella interned with Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company, where she gained valuable experience in the insurance industry and supported the marketing communications team with risk prevention and awareness initiatives.

Ella graduated from Ball State University’s Miller College of Business, earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Ella finds pleasure in helping people and thrives on challenges. She values teamwork and a collaborative culture with open communication, mutual support and shared success. Ella enjoys being part of a team and contributing in meaningful ways to company growth.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys traveling, spending time with family, exercising and trying new things. She values meaningful conversations, building strong relationships with others and is always open to new experiences.
