Erin joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as a Workers’ Compensation Broker. In 2023, she was promoted to Worker’s Compensation Senior Broker. She is a graduate of Northern Michigan University, where she earned an Associates and Bachelor of Science degrees. With over 14 years on the retail agency side, Erin has experience working with insureds, agents and insurance companies and is excited about her role as Broker.

When she isn’t coordinating insurance coverage for her agents, Erin spends most of her time at her “second (volunteer) job” wearing one of the many hats of actor, director, costumer, stage manager, set builder and board member at a local community theatre that she calls home. Erin truly enjoys putting her creative, organization and communication skills to work both at the theatre and at Arlington/Roe.
