Evan joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as an assistant broker and was promoted to commercial broker in 2022. In 2026, Evan was promoted to Commercial Senior Broker. Before joining our team, Evan worked for a national wholesaler, a carrier (Great American) and on the retail side at German American and ONI. He also has prior internship experience at WSIA.

Evan is a 2019 graduate of Indiana State University, where he completed the honors program and majored in insurance, risk management, and financial services. He also served as the President of Gamma Iota Sigma, an insurance and risk management fraternity for several years in college.

Evan enjoys collaborating with agents and other associates to find solutions for the insured’s risks. He also enjoys learning about all of the market changes in the insurance industry. In his spare time, he loves to play sports, especially basketball, and he enjoys spending time with his family, friends and church family.
