Holly Vliet joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as a Commercial Binding Underwriter. Prior to joining the company, Holly worked as a commercial underwriter at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company and as a commercial lines associate underwriter at Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company. She also held key roles at State Farm, Anthem, Geico and Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan, contributing to her well-rounded skill sets in underwriting, claims and office management. Holly brings with her an impressive range of experience in the insurance industry.

Holly earned her associate’s degree in business administration and management from Davenport University. She holds active licenses in Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance through the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services. She also holds both AINS and AIS designations.

Holly thrives on the continuous growth and ever-evolving landscape of the underwriting insurance industry. She finds satisfaction in the dynamic nature of this field and values the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with agents.

When she’s not working, Holly is a dedicated wife and mother of four who loves to stay active by running, hiking and walking her dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new adventures, completing puzzles and reading.
