Jamie Blatz joined Arlington/Roe as a Transportation Assistant Underwriter. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, Jamie spent 12 years in retail, where she excelled as a manager at Petsmart. In this role, Jamie oversaw the merchandise and inventory aspects of the store, while also actively helping in the salon and pet care departments. Additionally, Jamie managed an equestrian center for over 10 years, where she further pursued her passion for horses through online courses offered by Breyer State University, specializing in Equine Studies. 

Jamie’s favorite aspects of her career are the challenges presented in the insurance industry and the dynamic pace and collaborative nature of working with a team.  

When she isn’t working, Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her family and taking her pup on runs. Her affinity for animals extends beyond her profession, as Jamie currently owns cats, a dog, horses, and reptiles. In addition to caring for animals, Jamie finds joy in the world of cars, racing, and horse riding.
