Jason joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter. Jason previously worked as an account manager at Adventure Club Insurance and as an agent at J.M. Thompson Insurance before joining Arlington/Roe. He studied business management at Anderson University for three years before transferring to Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

His favorite aspect of his job is that every day is different, and he gets to help people protect what they care about and worked hard to build in their lives. He believes he has found his calling in life, where he can learn and grow while helping others to do the same.

In his spare time, he enjoys doing DIY projects with his wife, eating good food, traveling, and flying drones. He serves as technical director at Harbor Nazarene Church, working on sound and visuals. He also enjoys watching his daughters have fun playing their favorite sport, drawing pictures, or socializing with their friends.
