Jayson joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a summer intern. In the fall, he accepted a part-time position with the Healthcare & Human Services team. Jayson is a student at Indiana State University studying Insurance and risk management and is a recipient of a CIAB scholarship.

Jayson’s favorite aspect of his career so far is that the insurance industry gives him the opportunity to carve out success for himself. He also enjoys the collaboration at Arlington/Roe and values Arlington/Roe’s motto “Do the Right Thing.” In his spare time, he is taking care of his Siberian Husky, reading and traveling with his girlfriend!
