Jen Dugan joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as the Indiana Sales & Marketing Manager. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, Jen  worked as a sales and agency relations specialist at JM Wilson in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Virginia for seven and a half years. Before JM Wilson, Jen worked on the retail side as a pip claim processor, agents draft authority claim representative, & fire field adjuster at State Farm Insurance for fourteen years. During this time, she worked different catastrophe events both in the field and in office while also working as an auto claim representative.

Jen graduated from Central Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree (BAA) with a major in entrepreneurship. She was named Company Person of the Year for the Professional Insurance Agents of Indiana (PIA) in 2022.

Jen’s favorite aspect of her chosen career is working with external partners and establishing lasting relationships with agents. Jen’s passion lies in helping agencies navigate the complexity of the insurance industry, whether it’s assisting them during a catastrophe that impacts their community or guiding them through the submission process. She also finds immense fulfillment and satisfaction in helping agent partners serve their clients and communities.

In her spare time, Jen enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, going outdoors, swimming, watching her kids play sports, and being New Pal’s varsity throwing coach. She also was recently inducted into the Marshall High School Hall of Fame for swimming, volleyball, and track & field.
