About
Jennie joined Arlington/Roe in 2004 after graduating from Indiana University – Bloomington with high honors. She’s held a variety of positions in IT, marketing and production, advancing to Senior Commercial Underwriter and Broker. In 2019, Jennie was promoted to Vice President of Brokerage. She specializes in E&S Casualty which includes environmental, manufacturing, construction, cannabis, and excess.
She earned her Associate Underwriter (AU) designation in 2010 and her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2011. In 2017, she was named one of 55 Nationwide Industry Rising Stars by Insurance Business America “Young Guns.” Jennie enjoys volunteering for both her community and the insurance industry having served on multiple committees for carriers and state associations over the years. She is an active member of the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) Education Committee and serves on the Public Policy Committee for Hear Indiana, a nonprofit organization offering hope, education, advocacy and resources to families of deaf and hard-of-hearing children.
Jennie was named Volunteer of the Year in 2018 by the Jewish Community Center of Indianapolis. In 2021, she was nominated to the JCC Board of Directors. When she isn’t working, she is coaching soccer, spending time with family and enjoying the great outdoors.
