Jen joined Arlington/Roe in 2016 as an assistant underwriter in our Commercial Lines division and was promoted to Underwriter in 2018. She previously worked as an underwriter for an excess and surplus lines insurance company. She is a graduate of Franklin University and holds the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designations.

Jen’s favorite aspect of her career is learning more about the producers she works with. She enjoys figuring out a solution when one of her producers encounters a particularly difficult risk. In her spare time, she is spending time with her family on a walk, at the park or playing. She and her husband are avid soccer fans and have held season tickets for their local major league soccer team, the Columbus Crew, since 2007.
