Jonni joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Personal Lines Underwriting Technician. She has previous experience at Allstate as a P&C and Life and Health Producer. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a bachelor’s degree in science.

Her favorite aspect of her career is problem-solving, overcoming difficult obstacles, meeting new people and building relationships. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors with her two children, reading books, going to concerts and vacationing at the beach. She enjoys supporting her alma mater and going to football and basketball games.
