Julie joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as a Commercial Lines Assistant Underwriter. She most recently worked as a senior underwriting support specialist at Church Mutual Insurance Company for 14 years. 

Julie earned her property and casualty insurance license from the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin and holds a CISR designation. She has her associate degree from Northcentral Technical College and earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Columbia Southern University. 

Her favorite part of her career is helping customers find the coverage they need. She likes that insurance is always changing, and there is always something new to learn every day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and their two Bernese Mountain Dogs.
