Katie joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as a Professional Liability Brokerage Assistant. In 2024, she was promoted to Professional Liability Associate Broker. She previously worked at Chubb Insurance as an underwriter assistant for 7 years before joining Arlington/Roe. Her favorite aspect of her job is taking on new challenges and learning new things in order to develop in her career while also helping others succeed.

Katie has been married to her high school sweetheart since 2017, and they have 1 dog and 1 cat. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping and kayaking. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking road trips with her husband and spoiling their pets.
