About
Katlin Garner joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Communications Assistant. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, Katlin worked at Color Me Mine in Carmel as the assistant manager where she was responsible for creating marketing displays, making custom-designed pieces for customers and training new hires.
Katlin graduated with Highest Distinction from Indiana University Kokomo (IUK) with a major in marketing and a minor in psychology. While obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business degree, Katlin endured a consistent 4.0 GPA throughout her entire academic career. Katlin was also inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society as well as the Psi Chi International Psychology Honors Society and was selected as Indiana University Kokomo’s 2024 Outstanding Marketing Student. During her time at IUK, Katlin broadened her academic horizons by studying abroad in Denmark and Sweden, focusing on business sustainability and ecological economics.
Katlin is motivated by her passion for continuous learning and growth. She thrives in ever-changing business landscapes and remains committed to a customer-centric mindset. Katlin also seeks dynamic relationships that encourage experimentation and creativity as well as collaborative environments that provoke personal development.
Outside of work, Katlin has a wide range of interests. She often enjoys going to concerts, playing bass guitar, being an aunt to her nephew, painting and hanging out with friends.
