Kendall joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Commercial Binding Associate Underwriter. She began her insurance career in 2017 on the retail side as a licensed producer in Knoxville, Tennessee. She has held a variety of roles (both in and out of the insurance industry) since then as an insurance specialist, office coordinator, assistant underwriter and underwriting technician. Kendall holds a Property & Casualty license.

 Her favorite aspect of her career is her genuine enjoyment of connecting with people and tackling challenges. She particularly enjoys the challenge of successfully placing complex risks, knowing her contributions make a meaningful difference for her agent producers and their insureds.

Kendall values her role as a wife and mother. She resides just outside her hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee, with her husband, who is a skilled full-time boat mechanic running his own business. Together, they have a 6-year-old daughter, who not only keeps them on their toes but also brightens their lives with her involvement in various sports.

 Beyond her professional and family responsibilities, Kendall enjoys the outdoors and frequently indulges in water-related activities. When not outdoors, she enjoys cooking, a good book and watching movies.
