Keyla Murillo joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Transportation Assistant Underwriter. She began her career in the insurance industry in 2019, working on a corporate project at an managing general agency to auto-renew commercial products, including general liability, property, and inland marine policies. After three years, she transitioned to the garage division, where she served as an assistant to renewal and production underwriters for two years. During the last six months of her tenure at the MGA, she trained for renewals.

Keyla is also actively involved in professional and community organizations, including Path Forward Kentucky and The Hope Center.

What Keyla enjoys most about her career is the problem-solving aspect and the continuous opportunities for professional education. She thrives on the challenges and complexities of the insurance industry, which keeps her sharp and enables her to provide clarity and solutions to retail agents.

Outside of work, Keyla is passionate about art and creativity. She enjoys painting, crafting, and DIY projects. She has explored hobbies such as 3D printing, clay sculpting and scrapbooking, with a goal to learn sewing and tailoring. Keyla also enjoys visiting museums, hiking, taking weekend trips and spending quality time with her friends and family.
