Kimberly joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter. Prior to working at Arlington/Roe, she worked for RPS for 21 years. She began as an assistant and worked her way up to renewal underwriter in their P&C department. She attended the University of Kentucky and majored in Business Administration.

Her favorite aspect of her career is the ability to change and grow within the industry. She also likes how the markets are constantly changing and how no two risks are ever the same.

She is a Lexington, Kentucky native, and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two teenagers and her two cats, who keep her busy. She also enjoys watching sports and is a diehard Kentucky fan. She likes listening to music, particularly anything from the 90s and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
