Lisa joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Commercial Binding Underwriter. She has five years of prior experience in the insurance industry, most of which was spend with a broker in the West, Virtus Underwriting Group/WestPac Insurance. She held a variety of different duties including renewals, servicing existing accounts and working new business. Lisa is working toward her AINS designation and holds a personal lines insurance producer license as well as a P&C license.

Her favorite aspect of her career is the variety of situations that comes across her desk. She says, “Just when you think you have seen it all, something new pops up.” She also enjoys problem solving that often coincides uncommon tasks. When she isn’t working, she is hiking, camping, fishing, traveling and exploring new places.
