London joined Arlington/Roe in 2022 as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter. She has over ten years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked as a captive agent and an independent agent. London began her insurance career as a captive agent at Allstate. In less than two years, she became one of the agency’s top agents and soon after that, she became the sales manager.

At Allstate, she discovered her passion for helping her peers. She enjoyed training new agents, helping them gain knowledge and confidence. London was eager to learn more about the insurance industry, so she took the opportunity to work as a remarketing specialist for an independent agency. She pioneered the remarketing process and built their renewal monitoring system. This system ensured that each renewal was handled quickly and consistently for the best customer experience.

London’s favorite aspect of her job is being able to learn and grow with the obstacles she faces each day. She believes that having a job that allows you to grow personally and professionally is a vital component of remaining motivated and loving what you do every day.

When she isn’t working, London and her fiancée are both active members of their church. They like helping and participating in the church’s youth program, Players Box. She also likes to travel, listen to live music, and go hiking. She is always ready for a new adventure. She considers herself incredibly blessed to have two wonderful dogs and a bonus daughter, Gabriella.
