Madeline joined Arlington/Roe in 2018 as an assistant broker after graduating from Indiana State University with a major in mathematics and minor in insurance and risk management. While attending ISU, she served two medical professional underwriting internships and was an active member of her local Gamma Iota Sigma chapter. Madeline was also awarded a professional internship as a brokerage assistant at a managing general agency where she focused on cyber liability and gained experience brokering business, managing a desk and marketing outside the agency.

Madeline says what she enjoys most about her career is that there is always something new to learn. She has created great relationships with her teammates and with everyone at Arlington/Roe.

Outside of work, Madeline loves spending time with her husband and their dog, often visiting the dog park or exploring the outdoors. She also coaches gymnastics and cheerleading, sharing her passion for teamwork and athleticism with young athletes. In her free time, Madeline enjoys golfing, attending sporting events, knitting, crocheting, and working on puzzles.
