Maggie Hammett joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Commercial Lines Binding Assistant Underwriter. She previously worked at Stuckey & Company for 24 years as a Lead Technology Underwriter and Program Manager.

Her educational background includes a two-year technical school, where she earned a certificate in Information Technology. She then spent five years in the finance industry before transitioning to insurance in early 2000. After obtaining her Property & Casualty license in Missouri, Maggie began her career in insurance at a local family-owned business as an assistant underwriter. She held a variety of roles such as renewal underwriter, lead technology underwriter, and program manager.

Maggie enjoys solving problems and finding solutions for her partners at every level. She enjoys collaborating with co-workers, carriers and agencies to identify opportunities for efficiency and continued growth.

In her spare time, Maggie is spending quality time with her family. She has a passion for outdoor activities, including hiking, boating, fishing and hunting. Staying healthy and active is a priority for her, and she makes the most of her leisure time enjoying nature with her loved ones.
