Mary Kay initially joined Arlington/Roe in 2017 as a production support technician. She was promoted to professional liability assistant broker in 2019, then to Professional Liability Associate Broker. Her background includes varied insurance experience as a licensed customer service agent and an office manager. Mary Kay has a property and casualty license and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University.

She is passionate about the insurance industry and enjoys helping agents find solutions for their customers. In her spare time, Mary Kay is spending time with her family, which includes her son, her dog and her cat. She enjoys woodworking and any crafts that involve working with her hands. She also enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her aforementioned family and friends.
