Max joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Commercial Assistant Broker. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Marian University and minors in Business and Criminal Justice. He was also a member of the football team. In college, Max officiated high school basketball and baseball for the IHSAA, alongside college football for the NCAA, NAIA, and IHSAA.

In his spare time, Max is involved in community initiatives, serving as a mentor for the non-profit Save Our Sports, dedicated to developing new officials in sports. Max finds fulfillment in ensuring insureds feel secure with their coverage, alleviating worries and providing peace of mind.

Outside of work, Max enjoys attending rock and country concerts and indulging his passion for travel and hiking.
