About

Michael Koluch joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as an information technology support specialist and has held several leadership roles within the organization. He was promoted to digital transformation project leader in 2021, director of information technology operations and transformation in 2023, and Vice President of Technology Strategy and Operations in 2026. He brings more than two decades of experience leading teams and supporting technology initiatives that help organizations operate reliably and efficiently.
Before joining Arlington/Roe, Michael established a rewarding career in higher education administration, serving in leadership roles beginning in 2001. His work included leading multiple university departments, overseeing academic support programs and leveraging data and technology to support student success. He served as director of academic support at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine and as assistant dean of students at Walsh University, where he led student-focused initiatives and institutional improvement efforts.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Walsh University and a Master of Arts in counseling from Ball State University, along with certifications in technology infrastructure and cybersecurity. He is passionate about the evolving nature of technology and enjoys continuous learning, exploring new tools and helping teams work more effectively through practical, user-focused solutions.
Outside of work, Michael is active in professional and community organizations, including IT Leaders Indianapolis, the Indiana CIO Network and St. Mark’s Methodist Church in Carmel, Indiana. In his free time, he enjoys playing the saxophone, cycling, boating and water skiing, gardening, smoking meats, tinkering with technology and spending time with his family while supporting his children’s sports and extracurricular activities.
