Michele joined Arlington/Roe in March 2024 as the Sales and Marketing Manager for Northern Ohio. Prior to this role, she held key positions focusing on business development and relationship growth. Her experience includes serving as sales & marketing manager (OH, MI, IN) at PURE Insurance and as senior business development manager at AIG Private Client (OH, KY). Michele began her journey at AIG in 2007 as an Underwriter in their global marine & energy, excess division (OH, MI, KY, WV). Additionally, she has worked as a marketing team leader at National Interstate Insurance, strategic account manager at Pie Insurance, portfolio specialist at McDonald Investments, and marketing assistant at Northwestern Mutual, Brown Agency.

Beyond her professional achievements, Michele is passionate about being a resource for both internal and external partners, developing innovative solutions, and fostering collaborative relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Cleveland State University and is licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty. Michele is also a CPRIA (Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor) designation holder.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending sporting events, listening to music, exploring nutrition, and staying active.
