Naomi Heil joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as a Commercial Binding Associate Underwriter. Prior to joining the company, Naomi worked on the agency side for six years as an operations and account manager. During her time there, Naomi played an integral role in managing accounts and operations before the company was sold. Before that, Naomi spent 10 years at Boyne Ski Resort in Washington where she worked in operations and later transitioned to the human resources department to manage their exchange program.

Naomi graduated from the University of Lima and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She has a Transportation Risk Specialist (TRS) designation.

Naomi is driven by her passion for helping others and thrives in a collaborative environment. She enjoys navigating complex scenarios and providing tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs to ensure appropriate coverage. Naomi values the sense of responsibility that comes with assessing and analyzing potential risks. She takes pride in safeguarding the financial stability of both the insurer and the insured from unforeseen events.

Outside of work, Naomi is a proud mother to her son, Ferdinand, who enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their dog, Hershey. She has a passion for crafting, from sewing and crocheting to using her Cricut to create unique projects. Naomi loves hands-on activities that allow her to bring creativity to life and enjoys any task that involves putting things together.
