Nick joined Arlington/Roe as a Professional Liability Brokerage Assistant in 2024. He has two and a half years of experience in higher education and five years in the software field, previously working at Salesforce and Tableau before joining Arlington/Roe.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in theology/ministry and media communications from Indiana Wesleyan University, where he also earned his MBA in 2020. Outside of work, he serves as a board member at his local church in Noblesville, Indiana.

His favorite aspect of his career is managing relationships between companies, accounts, and products. He enjoys building his network and expanding professional connections with a personal and human approach.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. Nick is an avid reader, video gamer and enjoys grilling.
