Nicole joined Arlington/Roe in 2013 as an assistant underwriter in commercial lines and was appointed to the Brokerage Department in 2017 as an associate broker. She was promoted to Broker/Underwriter in 2019 and in 2022, she was named Commercial Brokerage Operations & Training Lead & Broker. She also serves as one of the leaders of Arlington/Roe’s Philanthropy Committee. 

Before joining Arlington/Roe, she was a customer service representative for a retail insurance agency specializing in lawyers’ professional liability. Nicole’s favorite aspect of her career is the variety of unique risks that come across her desk. She enjoys the challenge of finding a solution for these hard-to-place risks. Not only are the risks unique, but the producers she works with are unique and varied as she works with producers across the nation! 

When Nicole is not at work, she is often spending time with her family, friends and her two Great Danes. She loves camping, motorcycle rides with her husband and spending time on the lake.
