Olivia joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Commercial Broker. Prior to joining Arlington/Roe, she worked in wholesale brokerage for 5 years, specializing in property as a senior associate broker at Amwins. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a certificate in risk management from the University of Iowa.

Her favorite aspect of her career is the challenge of finding a solution for the client. She also values the strong relationships and strategic problem solving that come with assisting clients. She enjoys the fact that there is never a dull day in the insurance industry, that it is ever-changing, and that it keeps her on her toes, particularly in the E&S world.

In her spare time, Olivia enjoys serving on the Make-A-Wish Illinois Associate Board and volunteering as a wish granter. She also participates actively in several insurance associations. She is a foodie that likes going to different restaurants, being on the water and spending time with her family and friends.
