Paul joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Senior Business Development Associate for Indiana. He began his career in the insurance industry in 2014 as a principal agent at Oldham insurance. He has a variety of experience at the agency in both personal and commercial lines. He also helped with visual and social media marketing for the agency. Prior to that, he worked as an indirect account manager and in store management, sales and customer service with Verizon. Paul is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a degree in business and a concentration in entrepreneurship. He has also earned his CIC designation.

Paul’s favorite aspect of the insurance industry is the relationships he has built with the goal of achieving both individual and team success. He is the education chair and board member of the Indianapolis Jazz Foundation. In his spare time, he runs a small media company named after his three daughters and volunteers as the director of marketing and technology for a free clinic in Indianapolis, Rophe Free Clinic.
