Roxanne joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Personal Lines Underwriting Technician. She has prior experience in the education and retail industries. She spent 10 years as a special education teacher and six years as a customer service team lead. Roxanne is a graduate of Indiana University Southeast with a Bachelor of Science in Education.

Roxanne’s favorite aspect of her chosen career path is the opportunity to learn and explore the insurance industry. Arlington/Roe is her first foray into the insurance industry, and she looks forward to the flexibility the industry brings as well as seeing unique risks come across her desk.

She is an avid music listener, gamer and prioritizes spending time with her wife and child as well as their two dogs. She enjoys spending time outdoors, and she has fun finding new trails to walk and different adventures to go on.
